R&D & Innovation
In 2017, our Technocast R&D center began operations with the aim of managing our innovation efforts in the small household appliances, automotive, and medical sectors from a single hub, in line with our strategic priorities.
Technocast places special emphasis on research, technology development, and digital transformation initiatives through its R&D center, with the aim of enhancing its competitive advantage in the global marketplace and ensuring sustainability and excellence across all its processes.
We develop projects for innovative and value-added products through research that encompasses market and customer needs, technical specifications, and new technologies.
Product development projects are carried out using 3D/CAD software in mechanical design and engineering work.
Project Management
With 20 years of industry experience, Technocast brings customers’ projects to life through its skilled product development, R&D, and production teams.
In addition, we provide end-to-end services for OEM/ODM projects, covering every stage of the process from design to assembly to meet our customers’ needs.
In addition to floor cleaning, hot beverage preparation, and the production and design of kitchen appliances, the company has also launched an end-to-end battery production system.

Quality Management
At Technocast, our philosophy of quality is built on adopting a quality-focused approach in everything we do. At the heart of our philosophy is the development of a sustainable business model in collaboration with all our stakeholders.
With this approach, we have integrated and certified our system in accordance with the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management standards, and we aim to adopt a “quality assurance”-focused approach in all our operations.
To ensure quality in production, we implement lean manufacturing techniques (Kaizen, Poka Yoke, TPM, 5S, SMED, problem-solving techniques, Jidoka, etc.) on our production lines. The error-proofing systems, automation solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives used in our facilities are implemented by our highly skilled engineering team.

From design to production, and from research to testing, we manufacture battery packs at our own facilities.
The software and hardware of the BMS board included in the battery pack have been developed in-house.
The package contains a Li-ion battery, a plastic housing for the batteries, and a BMS board.
The product is redesigned by creating custom designs tailored to the product and its specific needs.
