What is the typical Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for OEM/ODM projects?
MOQ varies depending on the appliance category and customization level. For existing ODM platforms using standard tooling, MOQ typically begins at 1,000 units. For bespoke OEM tooling and custom industrial designs, standard runs start from 3,000 to 5,000 units to amortize mold investments.
What are the lead times from design approval to serial production?
For existing ODM appliance platforms, time-to-market is usually 60 to 90 days. For full turnkey custom OEM projects involving custom mold design, fabrication, and pilot trials (T0 to T3), lead time ranges between 4 to 6 months.
Does Technocast provide international certification and compliance testing?
Yes. We routinely test, certify, and document compliance for CE, CB Scheme, RoHS, REACH, EMC, LVD, and country-specific directives with accredited international laboratories such as TÜV Rheinland, Intertek, and SGS.
