Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy

Guided by our slogan, “clean, healthy, and high-quality production,” which we have adopted at Technocast Otomotiv Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., we operate under the leadership of senior management with the goal of fostering the necessary awareness and culture regarding occupational health and safety, and with the conviction that workplace accidents and occupational diseases are preventable.

Guided by this philosophy, we direct our activities and operate in accordance with the following principles:

• To establish, implement, and ensure the continuity of the occupational safety and health management system, and to ensure the availability of the necessary resources for its development,
• Developing methods to continuously improve the performance of the occupational safety and health management system, establishing objectives and management programs,
• To comply with all applicable occupational safety and health regulations in all our activities,
• To prevent workplace accidents and occupational diseases; to identify and assess occupational safety and health (OSH) risks, implement measures to mitigate those risks, ensure a safe working environment, establish relevant committees, and support their activities,
• To train our employees in a way that enhances their knowledge of occupational safety and health (OSH) and to ensure they develop a strong OSH awareness by periodically repeating these trainings,
• When selecting equipment, raw materials, and work tools, ensure that the materials chosen comply with occupational health and safety standards,
• Ensuring that all our employees, suppliers, and visitors comply with the established occupational safety and health (OSH) rules,
• By keeping abreast of technological advancements in occupational safety and health and directing our investments accordingly,
• To ensure and encourage the participation of our employees, employee representatives, and suppliers in all our processes, and to protect them from retaliation,

In this regard, we are committed to continuing our efforts to ensure a healthy work environment in our facilities.

These principles will be communicated to the public through various channels and will be open to public comment. Management will continuously monitor the implementation of the OSH policies and objectives to which it has committed.
