To ensure quality in production, lean manufacturing techniques (Kaizen, Poka Yoke, TPM, 5S, SMED, Problem-Solving Techniques, Jidoka, etc.) are implemented on our production lines. The error-prevention systems, automation solutions, and continuous improvement activities used in our facilities are implemented by our highly skilled engineering team.
Our production lines ensure manufacturing in accordance with high-quality standards, including 100% aesthetic inspections, functional and safety tests, as well as additional tests and inspections tailored to customer requirements.
Activities carried out as part of quality assurance are carefully monitored from the supplier to the customer, ensuring full traceability.
